Data handled

Workspaces store user account details, contact email addresses and names, consent metadata, campaign content, API identifiers, and sending statuses. Passwords and API keys are hashed, and customer SMTP credentials are encrypted at rest.

Purpose

We process information to operate the service, authenticate users, organize opted-in lists, queue legitimate emails, apply limits, prevent abuse and honor unsubscribes.

Data ownership and control

Customers remain responsible for lawful use of contact data and recipient permission. Sendera keeps workspaces separated at the application level.

Operational records

Email activity and errors may be retained for audit and troubleshooting. A production retention and erasure schedule must be configured before commercial operation.
