Permission-based marketing

Marketing may be sent only to people who have knowingly opted in. Purchased, rented, scraped and fabricated contact lists are not allowed.

Transactional API

The purchase receipt API is for authentic checkout confirmations to actual customers. It must not be used for promotions, spam or circumventing opt-out and quota rules.

Identity and reputation

Do not impersonate another business, hide sender identity, use malicious links, or bypass rate limits. Sending domains and reply-to identities must be authorized and properly configured.

Abuse handling

Technodera may suspend an account, stop a campaign or revoke access after complaints, bounce concerns, unacceptable sending behavior or security risks.
